These Terms govern use of the cap shop on https://huspy-academy.com/ and purchases made through it. The shop is operated by HUSPY PROPERTIES L.L.C (“Huspy”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Huspy Academy is the domain name and is not a separate seller. Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refunds and Returns Policy and Shipping Policy before ordering.

Who can purchase

The pink cap is available to the public, subject to stock availability. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract and use an authorised payment method. Provide accurate contact, delivery and billing information. An account is not required.

Products and availability

Product descriptions and specifications are provided on the product page. Photographs illustrate the product; screen settings and lighting can affect how colour appears. This does not limit your rights if a product is defective or materially differs from its description. Availability is limited to stock we can supply.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). The checkout displays the total payable, including delivery and any applicable tax, before payment. Delivery is AED 22 per order; office collection is free. We will not add undisclosed mandatory charges after purchase.

Payments are processed through Stripe using the methods available at checkout. Your order must be paid before fulfilment. Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or bank charges, which are outside our control.

Orders and confirmation

After checkout, we send an order acknowledgement. This acknowledges receipt and payment processing; acceptance is confirmed when we notify you that the order has been dispatched or is ready for collection. If we cannot fulfil an order because stock is unavailable, payment fails, or there is a genuine product or pricing error, we will explain the issue and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled order. We will not substitute a product or charge a different price without your agreement.

Cancellation and changes

You may request cancellation before dispatch, or before collection if you selected office collection, by emailing contact@huspy.io with your order number. If dispatch has not taken place and cancellation can be completed, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid, including an unused delivery charge. Contact us promptly because orders may be processed soon after payment.

We will try to accommodate address or collection-office changes before fulfilment but cannot guarantee a change once an order is in transit. After dispatch, the Refunds and Returns Policy applies, without limiting any cancellation rights provided by law.

Delivery and collection

Delivery is available within the UAE through Quiqup. The Shipping Policy explains the AED 22 flat rate, next-working-day service, cut-off time and collection options. Tell us promptly if your order is delayed, lost or damaged. We remain your point of contact for fulfilment issues and do not require you to resolve a claim solely with the courier.

Returns and consumer rights

We do not offer discretionary returns or exchanges for a change of mind or fit preference. Defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed products are handled under our Refunds and Returns Policy. Replacement is our preferred solution where you agree, but nothing in these Terms excludes a refund or other remedy available under applicable UAE law.

Website use and intellectual property

Use the website lawfully. Do not misuse checkout, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with security, introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorised access. Website content, photographs and trademarks belong to us or their respective owners. You may browse and use the content for personal shopping but may not reproduce it commercially without permission.

Website availability and responsibility

We may carry out maintenance or make changes to website content and product offerings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Any restriction of access will not remove our obligations for accepted orders. Third-party websites linked from the shop have their own terms and privacy practices.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any failure of a provision to be enforceable does not affect the remaining provisions.

Applicable law and complaints

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE as applicable in Dubai. Contact us first at contact@huspy.io or +971 4 490 5900 so we can try to resolve an issue. This does not prevent you from contacting a competent consumer protection authority or bringing a claim before a court with jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

The Terms displayed when you place your order apply to that purchase. We may update these Terms for future use and purchases and will display the updated date.
