This Privacy Policy explains how HUSPY PROPERTIES L.L.C (“Huspy”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects and uses personal information when you browse the cap shop on https://huspy-academy.com/, place an order or contact us about a purchase. Huspy Academy is the domain name; HUSPY PROPERTIES L.L.C is the seller and the controller of personal information covered by this policy.

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing details, delivery address or selected collection office, products ordered and order value. We also receive payment status, transaction references and refund information from our payment provider.

You can purchase as a guest without creating an account.

Stripe processes payments. Your payment details are handled through Stripe; we receive transaction and payment-status information needed to manage your order. We share the delivery details needed to fulfil your order with Quiqup, including your name, telephone number, address and relevant delivery instructions. For collection orders, authorised staff at your selected Huspy office can access the information needed to prepare and release your purchase.

GoDaddy provides hosting services, and Google provides Google Analytics. Authorised website support providers and professional advisers may access information where necessary for their work. We may disclose information to authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal information.
