HUSPY PROPERTIES L.L.C offers UAE delivery and free office collection for pink cap orders placed through https://huspy-academy.com/. All times below are UAE local time (Gulf Standard Time, UTC+4).
UAE delivery
Delivery is provided by Quiqup at a flat rate of AED 22 per order, displayed at checkout. We ship within the UAE only. The address must be within the courier service area; if we cannot serve your address, we will contact you to arrange an agreed alternative or cancel and refund the unfulfilled order.
Cut off and delivery schedule
Our order cut-off is 2pm. In-stock orders successfully paid before 2pm on a working day are scheduled for delivery on the next working day. Orders received at or after 2pm, on weekends or on UAE public holidays are processed on the next working day and scheduled for delivery on the following working day.
Delivery days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. For example, an eligible order paid before 2pm on Friday is scheduled for Monday delivery; an order paid after 2pm on Friday is scheduled for Tuesday delivery, assuming neither day is a public holiday.
Next-working-day delivery is the scheduled service rather than an unconditional guarantee. Exceptional courier disruption, severe weather, public holidays or an address issue can cause delays. Contact us if your order misses its expected delivery date so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Your legal rights remain unaffected.
Delivery details and receipt
Provide a complete address, a reachable UAE telephone number and any access instructions needed by the courier. Order and delivery updates will be sent using the contact details supplied at checkout. Please contact us promptly if any details are incorrect.
If delivery cannot be completed, contact us to arrange the next step. We will discuss and obtain your agreement to any applicable charge before arranging a chargeable redelivery; no additional fee will be imposed without notice. Contact us directly if a parcel is lost, damaged or marked as delivered but has not arrived.
Free office collection
Select free collection and your preferred Huspy office at checkout. Collection is available at Huspy Business Bay, Huspy Marina and Huspy Abu Dhabi, Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm, excluding UAE public holidays.
Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting. Your readiness message will confirm the selected office, collection instructions and location details. Bring your order confirmation or order number. If someone will collect on your behalf, contact us in advance with their name so we can authorise the collection.
There is no shipping charge for an office collection order. If you need to change your collection office, contact us before travelling; we will confirm whether the change can be accommodated.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your cap arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email contact@huspy.io promptly, preferably within seven working days. Our Refunds and Returns Policy explains the claim and replacement process. This reporting period does not limit statutory rights.
